How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. You can also track your order anytime on our Tracking Page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are carefully processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–21 Days, depending on your location and which warehouse your items are shipped from.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, and Switzerland. Shipping availability is always confirmed at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to modify your order.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
Some items may ship from different warehouses, so they may arrive separately.
